How does the application editor work?

The editor is organized by tabs. Details captures core fields, Interview stores prep and outcomes, Comms tracks outreach logs, and Documents stores links or notes. Save changes to keep everything in sync with analytics.

Why did my status change after saving?

Status is stored as part of the application record. If you changed it in the form or board, it will overwrite the previous value when you save.

Auto-apply uses your automation profile to submit applications.
How do I run a single job?

Why does a run fail immediately?

Smart fill FAQs

Quick answers

Why is extraction showing 'LLM offline'?
Smart fill is powered by your configured LLM. If the backend can't reach it, a local fallback parser runs instead. Set `LLM_PROVIDER` and the matching API key in the backend `.env` to re-enable LLM extraction.
What happens to my corrections?
Corrections are saved as extraction feedback to improve hints.
Can I extract from a PDF?
Not yet. Paste text from the PDF into Smart fill.

Why did extraction fail from a URL?
